Regional Editions – Tuesday through Friday, The Journal features five zoned sections designed to get local news to local readers: East Bay, Metro, North, South County and West Bay.

Arts/Travel – This Sunday section showcases local arts events and travel destinations. This is the home for local coverage of theater, dance, fine art, music and books, along with album reviews, television listings and a performing arts calendar.

Lifebeat/Kidsbeat – On Mondays, kids can enjoy an inside color page of kids' news and activities.
